What options do you have?

Subscriptions options are weekly, fortnightly or monthly. This is charged directly to your credit card and is shipped along with each weekly Drop (depending on your subscription frequency)

What happens if I don’t like the drop?

Once your subscription starts, you are locked in for at least one drop as we process your order within the next few days.

Can i cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, if you cancel AFTER a payment has been processed, your cancellation will take effect AFTER that drop. You can manage your subscription on your “customer account” on our website.

What day is my payment taken?

This will be the day you sign up for your subscription. Example: you sign up 14th January for a weekly subscription, then your next payment will be 14th January, 21st January etc.

If you sign up for monthly on the 14th January, your payment will be 11th February.

What happens if I want to add to my Subscription?

You can add to your order when the drop opens. Touch base with us, to find out how to do this and not pay shipping twice. You will need to let us know by the Thursday that week of the drop. Please make sure to follow our social channels to keep up to date with any “mini drop” add ons we might put up.

What happens if my card fails?

The system will decline your order, and will try again in 5 days time. If you have an expired credit card, you will need to update your details to allow your subscription to continue. If it try again, and still fails, your subscription will be cancelled.

What do I need to do to change my subscription frequency?

You will need to cancel your current subscription and restart a new one.

Do you hold all my credit card details?

No, we use Stripe which is a 3rd party payment platform. We can’t access or change your credit card details at all. So we are unable to make any changes when you get a new credit card etc. This will need to be done in you customer account.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

-            Subscription Services: Lolly Drops subscription service will deliver until you cancel. There is no minimum term.

-            The Contract Between You And Us: When you place an Order for a subscription, you enter into an agreement to receive the Product on an ongoing basis. You will be charged for your initial order upon completing the initial transaction on the site. Subsequent recurring orders will be charged each subscription period without further authorization from you.

-            By subscribing to our subscription service, you are agreeing to receive our Product on a recurring basis for an indefinite period until cancelled by you or us as set out in these Terms and Conditions. The subscription amount and billing interval are set out on the checkout page.

-            Subscription Management: Subscription cancellation requests must be received by one of the following methods. These may include phone, email, chat, and online. Dependent on the date you will be liable for the next outstanding payment.

-            Change Of Details: Changes to address details and/or delivery instructions must be communicated via the methods in these Terms and Conditions.

-            Payment: We are not liable for any charges you incur as a result of out of date payment information. If we incur an expense due to incorrect payment information provided by you, we reserve the right to seek reimbursement from you for such expense.

-            Payment for all Products and Services must be by credit or debit card or any other payment method listed on the online checkout page of our Site.

-            Orders will be charged to your nominated payment method. It is your responsibility to ensure your accepted payment method details are valid and up to date. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available at the time of payment processing.

-            Failed Payments: Payment failures may be due to insufficient funds, incorrect or outdated payment information, and transaction disputes.

-            If we are unable to debit your payment method your Product will not be dispatched until the payment method is updated.
