  • Why don't you have a 24/7 online shop

    o We wanted to make shopping for lollies fun. We love the anticipation of what the next drop will be.

    o We are a big believers in amazing customer service, so controlling how much we sell, means you will get your order that much faster.

    o Also, we want to have fresh stock each week. So you can be guaranteed that your order is not old stock

  • - How are my “Lolly Drops” packed?

    o All of our lollies are dispatched in heat sealed, air tight bags.

    o They are all placed in eco courier bags for shipping.

  • - Can I cancel my order? Or sent my order back?

    o Due to the unique nature of the “Lolly Drop” model, all cancellation requests must be received before we process your order. Once your order has been processed unfortunately we can not cancel it.

    o Cancellations will also be subject to a 5% charge. As a merchant we are charged to cancel orders and therefore it will be passed onto the cancelling customer.

    o Due to the nature of the order, once dispatched we can not accept lollies back.

  • - When can I expect my order?

    o Our business model means we can control how much we sell, which means we can process your order with the aim to have it on a courier to you the very next day.

    o We currently have a 1-2 business day dispatch on all orders. Our Shipping courier is Post Haste. We use a fully tracked service. This is normally 1-2 days.

  • - What is the nutritional information of the lollies?

    o Each Lolly page has nutritional information available.

    o Allergens. All orders are repackaged on the same premises with products that contain Milk, Gluten (wheat), Peanuts and Soy.

  • How long is a drop open for?

    o Our drops are open from 8pm - Midnight on each Sunday, OR until sold out.

    o You can sign up to our mailing to be notified the moment the drop happens.

  • Your Orders

    o We don’t take any responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses

    o If you select the wrong shipping price your order will be cancelled less a 5% merchant fee

    o If you choose pick up, (from the shipping option) we have a 4 hour window between 12-4pm on the Monday following our drop to pick up. Pick ups outside of this time are not permitted

  • How do you select what lollies to drop

    o We are very much lead by you. We will often ask on our social channels what you guys like and your favourites are.

  • Where are your Lollies made?

    • Each of the Drops are themed differently, therefore each of the mixes will have lollies made in different Countries.

    • Our Lollies are sourced from around the Globe, to ensure we get only the best for our customers.

    • NZ made, Turkey, American, UK, Australia.

  • What are shipping costs?
